Well this is how we do it:
Remove battery cover and batteryConnect a 12V DC power supply to the phone's battery connectoras shown in the pictureAn IC will then burn internally and your phone will die.
There will be no sign of it so Nokia technicians won't see that you did something to your phone and will replace it with a new one.
